About the Role:
Attic Queen LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Insulation Installer to join our growing team in Oldsmar, FL! Responsibilities:
- Install blown-in, batt, spray foam, and other insulation materials in attics, walls, and crawl spaces
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit various spaces and configurations
- Inspect and assess existing insulation for damage, gaps, or inadequate coverage
- Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper air sealing and weatherization techniques are applied during installation
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites
Requirements:
- Prior experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces in varying temperatures
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform labor-intensive tasks throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in the Oldsmar, FL area
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
